I just contacted Smashwords (who send to iBooks) and hopefully they’ll get it there soon. They said due to high volume it’s taking up to 7 days for books to go through their vetting team. Ugh. I apologize for the delay, but believe me, if I had any control, it would’ve been out there on day 1!
